Postcard Project Update - Monday, December 06, 2004 So you want to know the December item of the month is? Read along. Remember art class in elementary school? One of the first things we learned to do when the holiday season got near is how to make a snowflake. Folding the paper, making those crooked cuts, all to unfold and reveal an awesome sight. Perhaps you even still have one of the snowflakes you made as a kid hanging on your tree. Maybe your kids or grandkids are getting ready to bring them home now, well, if they haven't already...So I ask you, take a moment, fold a few pieces of paper, and whip out those scissors. It's time to make a wintery icon, all of your own. Get the kids in on it. Kay needs lots of them. |
