Will, I recently got a surprise at the PO that made me think of you: my 4 x 6 -sized postcard required a full $.37! Apparently they're now enforcing the postage rule that says the 3 x 5 cards can go for $.23 but anything larger (and 4 x 6 is the size of photos that most of us get when we have film processed these days, so you know that's not exactly JUMBO-sized or anything) will cost a few cents more... |
